CSL was founded in 2020 and has served members ever since — some of whom have stayed with us from the very beginning. That kind of long-term relationship is the whole point of what we do.
Our roots are in direct, personal engagement. In the early days that meant standing in staff rooms, workplaces and community halls, explaining cover face-to-face and answering questions in plain language. That same plain-spoken approach carries into how we communicate online today.

Mike Ndlovu
CSL's sales and client relationships are led by Mike Ndlovu, who has driven the company's move to reach families more broadly online — while keeping the same straightforward, person-to-person approach the brand was built on.
